用ZTX系列超高分子量聚乙烯纖維制成的連續式無緯布，是阻擋子彈的最佳軟質材料。它具有單取向多層結構，在這一結構中，纖維不是相互交織，而是相互平行排列。對于不同的防彈水平要求，采用不同規格的ZT系列連續式無緯布制成的防彈衣柔軟舒適，輕便合身。
ZTX超高分子量聚乙烯纖維中的柔性長鏈結構可使子彈的沖擊能量迅速地分散到較大的面積上，從而縮小了防彈衣的凹陷深度，減輕沖擊帶來的非貫穿性傷害。
FDY series bulletproof vests are manufactured with our ZT series continuous UD fabric which is one of the best soft ballistic material up to now. The fabric is with multilayers of unidirectional structure, fibers are arranged in a criss-cross (0°/90°) orientation and fixed with adhesives. This kind of structure enables the material to rapidly spread impact energy to larger area, resulting smaller indentation and alleviating non-penetration injury.
Bulletproof vests made from ZT series UD fabric show excellent property in bullet resistance, and they are light, soft, providing comfortable fit for body movement.
